I honestly wish that i got to be apart of this exact work at this exact place. Thailand is my second home (I'm Australian). Would love to see nothing more than helping the world's plastic/waste issue. Living in Thailand for almost two decades, I can imagine that it must be a pretty hard job to mediate in Thailand when people on average have such a mediocre education and most probably not a lot of interest in a project where there is no money to be made.......

All im asking myself as i watch these videos is where the heck are the governments of the world?? They are sitting on billion/ trillion dollar economies and it takes an innovative start up to tackle this issue. UNbelievable. Ocean Clean Up - you are bloody amazing and deserve investments in to a thousand of your fleets globally to wipe the waterways clean and then lets tackle the land and forests next. there is no “physical” garbage patch, it’s not an island like it is described too frequently. it’s a marine vortex, slowly moving and catching plastics. It has huge dimensions, as far as ocean square footage, but it isn’t viewable like an island
