This is extremely well explained! Thank you very much. Just a small correction in case someone got confused: At 4:50 (when he starts talking about the reverse bias) the green + and - signs should switch sides. Like he says it should be that "the voltage at the contact of the p-doped side is negative and the voltage at the contact of the n doped side is positive".

Tried multiple online lectures and books, but here I finally understood the important role of minority carriers, thanks mister.

Hello !!! In the reverse Bias the connection should be reversed The +Ve terminal should be on the right side and the negative on the other side. This way you've caused me a lot of confusion please take care of your slides and what you present.

Wonderful video! Thanks so much :) One comment, the terminals in reverse bias are mislabeled. The p-side should be the negative terminal and the n-side should be the positive terminal. Really helpful video, thanks!!

in Reverse biased pn junction the negative terminal should be connected to the p side and the positive terminal should be connected to the n side

that's kinda convenient... about the solar cells: n and p increases, so the drift increases, what about dn/dx, you forget to change that too with increasing n, or is there a reason? shouldn't the diffusion increase too until equilibrum, what means there is no net current?

With Avasva plans doing something like that was easy.
