At zero profit. COVID crisis and stock market crash has made situation worse for builders and easy for buyers. Making wealth through stock market with regular investment is another option for middle class.

The interiors are nicely done but that doesn't compensate for the size of the rooms... the lobby and the open plan kitchen look very cramped up and not much natural light going in there. Whosoever buys it will have to keep lights switched on at all times...plus there won't be much privacy at ground floor.
