hey! i have a chronic disease called celiac, an "allergy" to gluten. before i was diagnosed i had horrible stomach pains like alisson, also thinking it was constipation... but then i got tested for IBS and Celiac and turned out that's what it was. you should look into a Gastroenterologist to look further into it. i hope she feels better!!

Me too, I had the exact same symptoms for 9 years, and no doctors could figure it out. Finally at 9 years old I got tested and we found out I had celiac! Its tough not being able to eat the things I used to love, but Ive learned to bring my own treats to birthday parties, etc. Ive gotten used to it, however anytime i accidentally eat gluten from cross contamination or something, I always get very sick. Ive ended up in the hospital multiple times. Its hard, but we can get through it. I wish you luck!

Yeah, I just got diagnosed maybe two months ago with celiac disease. They also said no soy as well as no gluten. It’s hard but in the end, it’s what might make you better. It has for me!

I have IBS and it can be very painful. I would visit a stomach doctor. I remember Allison going to the ER multiple times with terrible stomach problems. And maybe it would benefit her to go so a doctor about it.

O N G I hope Ali feels better. She drinks protein drinks and eats high protein foods, protein products can cause constipation on top of fast foods/junk foods. Just change up her diet. That should help.

You have to poop everyday because if you don't it will be more difficult to poop after. That used to happen to me because I wasn't able to get it out and after I told them that I had trouble doing so they gave me a powder to put in my water so that I could drink it and let it out. Also try eating Corn cause that makes you poop too cause we humans don't ingest corn so once we eat it, it has to come out.

Medical advice for Allison…(sorry for spelling it wrong)….it sounds like she needs to poop because comparing it to the other blog it’s sounding like the similar situation…she might be just backed up for her poop must be stuck in her stomach area…my suggestion would be to take some MiraLax to reveal herself

i think she should look out for the way she eats or change her diet maybe its from the excessive amount of working out its too much for her body to handle and eating high percentage of protein weekly could cause that pain , try drinking less protein shakes or energy drinks
