In the meantime, the common people in Puerto Rico cannot afford to buy. That is called colonialism, or just pure capitalism? Something has to give, and it will. There is a lot of tension now between locals and speculators. Naturally. Americans are less welcome than ever, especially near the water where locals are being forced inland. It is not a good feeling. Something seems immoral here.
