Now for Denis that's not the case First thing is Denis can handle easily instant toprolls e.g Denis defeated many times Andrey pushkar And second thing is Denis has lot of endurance too he can arm wrestle and hold for long time so, I don't thing Travis situation is favourable against Denis . John wasn't 100% due to the surgery here. He's said that the shoulder didn't really recover until 2014. So 2011-2013 he's not really healthy the way he was before that. On top being close to 50.

John said himself in his documentary that at 40 he wasn't the same guy as 4-5 years prior to that. He said the distance between him and the rest has closed quite a bit. That leaves us to conclude that his peak was at 35.

He also started trt at 42 and you can easily see the extra muscle he got as a result. He went up to 230-240lb. So 05-08 may have been his actual peak. After that he got injured a bit then the shoulder injury/surgery which he says he didn't really recover from until 2014.

travis isnt one to be training too hard anymore...i think he made a name for himself when he was hungry and just getting known...i can honestly say that i think travis is only relevant right now cos of past glories and the fact that Dave Chaffee is doing so well...right in travis' own backyard in erie Pennsylvania..
