This was a very well -presented video by Natasha. Salient points were articulated succinctly. I wish that the house that was discussed could be used as a bed-and-breakfast for short-stay customers in the sense of being operated with a custodial staff and chef.

Just a suggestion... After doing an interview, how about doing a quick tour of said or discussed "grey or completed house" just to get the sense and work put into the property? A picture can add a thousand more words😊 In instances where an interview cannot put in words what can be shown... Sometimes, for a newbie like me, just seeing where a certain switch was put or how certain lights where done can go a long way🙏

Thanks for the suggestion. We did that in this video and endeavour to do that in all our property videos. However we have to be aware that some properties are privately owned and we need permission from the owners
