What a splendid renovation! This is absolutely top quality, and the price is quite reasonable, no doubt it will sell quickly. It's perfect, the only change I would make would be to relocate the wine rack to a cooler area or buy a wine fridge.

It is exactly what i've envisioned for myself and hoped to find, and you found it for me 🤗! My tragedy is i'm still on duty and cannot yet leap at this opportunity. Wow ken, this is stunning. I would still put a wood burner in as i like the ambeince from it. I would have some chickens, plant some fruit trees, like oranges, figs, pomegranate, apples. I would need a patch of the garden for a veggie garden. I absolutely love it all. It has the chests in the house that i have always loved too.

Yes I think I would too. Although we had aircons this winter which did our heating, it was still nice to have a fire on a really damp and dreary days :)

Beautiful property and you get alot more for your money. Love the infinity pool. Owner has done a beautiful and tasteful job and kept its lovely features. However just bought a house in Almeria Spain, never thought much about buying in Portugal, but seems you get alot more for your money than you do in Southern Spain. If I buy again, would defo consider looking at Portugal.

its really well done. i would have put the kitchen against the far back wall and put a large triple sliding glass door on the front. i think one large bedroom is always better than two small ones. i understand that people believe you can get slightly more money for a two bedroom but i think builders would do better to develop for comfort over number of rooms.

I can only speak for myself I have a well only 6.5 meters deep 2.5 meters diameter ...in 50 years it never have run dry it provides water for 2 houses...

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est, au milieu de rien , aucun transport, pas de TGV, et puis c'est un pays beaucoup trop limité dans toutes les lignes, et puis même le retraités commencent á changer d'avis . Attention, le Portugal est un miroir aux alouettes, pour nous une trés grande déception, on préfère largement l'Espagne, les espagnols sont beaucoup plus évolués que les portugais!!

Castello Branco. This house is in Wintertime Freezing Cold. Even with Air Conditioning. You need a Heather and Wood, Carpets from Wool on the floor. I can tell you your living in a freezer. Dispite the exelent renovation don,t underestamate Wintertime. Lived in the Algarve with an Airco that could heath and cool, can tell you the air inside was always cold and my nose was freezing. This house is to far away from everything you need.

Sounds like you had a bad time! I've lived in Castelo Branco for nearly 5 years now. We had air-conditioning with a heating function installed in our farmhouse just before the winter, and it did a fantastic job of keeping the house warm and dry. If anything we kept having to turn them down as they were getting us too warm! We did opt for really good A+++ rated ones. Perhaps the ones you had were too small for the rooms or had some technical issue? Also the city of Castelo Branco is only 25-30 minutes away from this property and has everything you could need.
