This is project that has been stuck for a very long time. Also, puranik builders do not follow their own refund policy for buyer who want to get out of this trap. I have cancelled by booking and still waiting for refund. Hence I feel promotion of such project is misleading and cause loss to other genuine buyers. I will request channel to do study about the project and share actual facts.
