Thanks, but how about the new operator panel? Once you click outside it fades forever, how can you call it again?

Thats normal you only can change the options of the operator panel when you insert a new object the first time.

Blender 2.80 version’s operator panel is not always appearing on your viewport. This panel is appearing only when it has a work. For an example: If you move any type of an object in your viewport then, it will appear for it move options.
