I love making collage paper by making use of all my unused stamps on tissue paper or other thin papers. Depending on what look you want, I use a permanent ink for a stronger collage image to show through the layers. If you want a more muted image, then use a water soluble ink. Also, you can choose the tissue paper color and choose the ink color as well. Have fun! 😂
