I cannot believe they still drag nets on the river. Any indiscriminate catching is pretty unacceptable. I mean, just killing anything and everything. Not good.

I believe it’s all taken into consideration as they set laws seasons etc. by catch is like any other consequence of industry. But so far we’ve seen since at least the 1950s that shrimping in Louisiana is sustainable
