Conditioning is still and will always be extremely important. He just needs to add some size on top of that.

That's what I said yesterday!! He's the same weight of last year!. He had to compare last year competition and now cause he's the same weight and his coach saying he looks good instead of looking at the pics of last year to see what he needed to progress more that he compete is Pro Bodybuilding!! He needs to look bigger muscles and, at the same time, shredded with a weight of 195 but pure muscle. Then he can compete with the big boys, and his coach knows that could ask his friends and GF .

"I'm not on tren" - that's good 😂 I mean, last year, 4 days out, he was 181.4- here, 2 days out, CG's 181. So maybe 1-2 lbs of growth in a year.. That's pretty good for 10+ years training. Also, 24 lbs of muscle in 10 years is also good, but not completely insane. Nippard did a video yesterday saying 20-40 is the range for natural potential. CG's well within that.

I don’t get why people think you just keep growing and putting on more muscle every single year. If you’re in your mid twenties or older and have been training consistently and dieting correctly for the last 4 years or so you’re probably maxed out as fair as gains go. It’s all just a game of how lean you can get from there. You can only grow so much natty. It’s not like a savings account that just keeps getting bigger.
