Step 4 - regularly communication with the leader's of both sides to appeals the people not to involve in communal rights. Step 5- as a precautionary measure increase the security of area till the g-20 delegation meeting. LONG TERM approach - Step1 create awareness among people by utilising the festival of both communities to spread awareness Step2 - ban any song's aur meeting in the district which may cause religious tension. Step 3 - through local intelligence try to identify the miscreants element in society who create such situations for their personal benefits. Step 4 - Identify the separate route for the procession for the both communities to prevent any face of in future. Step -5 issue guidelines regarding the the procession i.e ban on use of weapons, sound of loudspeakers etc. Step -6 Regular communication with people and leader about the communal hormony.. Using school and college for communication and awareness generation..

I am 100% agree that salary of govt employees is much more than job alloted, even group D salary is above 30k , Typing job salary is above 50k , in pvt it is 15k, CGL starting salary is 60k , PSU salary in banking and finance starting salary is above 60k but in pvt Bank it is 30 to 35 k Same in education primary, junior, intermediate starting salary is 50k, 65k , 75k but in pvt hardly 10, 20, 30k even a peon in school college getting more than 35k in govt, in pvt only high level salary are high lower level too low

The first thing a DM must do is to take cognizance of the matter and call upon the concerned police authorities to take necessary peaceful action and do take out the CC tv videos to see who is behind the matter and led the clashes. Secondly i would like to impose a complete shut down in the concerned areas for maintaining peace. Thirdly i would call upon the certain religious head and hold a meeting and try to carve out the solution to issues by conferring them that a G20 procession is going to held in the area. Fourthly i would like to go between the people and myself clear the issue with them.. And finally either provide them an alternative to take procession or either on the same way but under complete surveillance. Further more being holding a position of DM comes with itself several powers but on the same time we should be secular enough in the religious matters and do implement a complete integrity and transparency in these sensitive matters.

Good trainers are required for the effective implementation of karmyogi portal. Some Employee want to learn but the trainer wants course completion in a hefty and rushing manner . The designated portal quite lucrative for employees. Some employees lack motivation.They seem indifferent .Some lack tenchinal know-how. Some are not enough compatible to operate 💻🖥️.
