8g (1 tbsp) Cocoa powder

Lemon juice
Food coloring red
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
Strawberry
480ml Heavy whipping cream
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
150°C (300°F) bake for 50 minutes

1. Chocolate Cake Roll:
50g Cake Flour 1/3cup+3/4tbsp
55g 3+1/2tbsp
50g Corn Oil 3+1/2tbsp
15g Cocoa Powder 2+1/2tbsp
5pcs Egg
3g Lemon Juice 1/2tsp
50 Sugar 1/4cup
2. Filling：
150g Cream Cheese
30g Sugar 2+1/2tbsp
250g Whipping Cream 1cup
Strawberry
3. Decoration：
50g Chocolate Chips
3pcs M&M Candy
Mould size : 28cm*28cm*3cm
Preheat the Oven on 160°C（320℉）bake for 20minutes, Then turn to 170°C（340℉）bake for 10 minutes
