I was involved in several election process. The biggest challenge is that there are chances to replace used EVM by another manipulated EVM. Secondly, Voters from villages or towns have little idea about the working or operation of EVM. Thirdly, the State Govt alway send the list of employees who belong to its suporters for drafting in election work. This make the rigging of election result easy by these employees. Therefore, political parties need to be vigilant about the political affiliation of employees engaged in election work. Fourthly, preparation of electoral Roll need close watch because in many cases, opposition voters' name are delisted in course of the preparation of Electoral Roll.
