Supreme Court justices should not fear the mighty leaders who can harm their bodies but to fear the almighty God who can destroy their bodies and souls . They should follow the footprint of honourable judge Loya who had never compromised with the principles. The details gets reflected in electoral forms certified by party agents of that booths. If the data is false how party agents are signing the forms, and even they cannot deny that they are not having party agents in that booth since it used to rule the state even at the time of election. The abnormal heat is one of the reasons for it. Now in urban conglomerates people cannot effort to woke up at morning for voting and after 10 a.m it is quite difficult to stand for voting. So after 4 p.m people opts for voting. Nothing unusual in it.

It should be noted that we have police, crbf force to protect and more than that ECI contecting rection 8/9 phases election. Grand salute to PB. But what is this? Is this how system should work? Every citizen of this country should want unbiased appointment of CEC? Also, stern punishment if CEC is compromising the position. If selection committee doesn't have balanced members how appointment can be unbiased? Shouldn't EC earn trust of citizen? Without fair election, shall we call it is a democratic country? Is it too tough to achieve? Are advocates, judges are not citizen of this country? What qualification and relevant experience it requires for CEC? What is the notice period? What about transition process from outgoing to incoming? How come Judiciary never think to simplify the process and make effective. Why to provide a judgement you require previous judgment for reference? It is like remembering previous lie to continue lying.

No executive order should not control the constitution, on the contrary the constitution shall remain supreme as it defines completely the legislative, the executive and the judiciary of a sovereign country like India with it’s three governing institutions. Thus to alter or amend any of the powers & jurisdictions of the three institutions shall expressly require the amendment to the article 324 of the constitution. Any other action than the above will put the constitutional abhorrence!
