I love the 2 dollar bill more than any other note except the silver certificate, I got 3 mint ones from 2009 but would love a 1976 because of the bicentennial and the 1953 red coloured stamp, beyond beautiful! I found a $1:00 bill(2009)that seems odd when you put it next to another 2009. The paper seems to be more white than the other one yet you can see dirt or something at the top. I thought it got ran through the washing machine but I 've done that before with different results. I thought someone bleached it but that would take the ink off. Got any ideas?

At 1:00 the serial number is not "upside down and backwards" it's just upside down. If it were backwards, the numbers would be a mirror image instead of reading normally (although upside down).

Go to look up the value of my two-dollar bill is an offset $2 bill that I got for my late uncle where the reverse of the bills both the back and front of the bill are on the front. And the reverse is normal. Is there a site that can go on to check this bill and the 15 others that I got?

Have 3 different things here. 1. Have a $2 silver cert, Red seal 1953 B series, think is a real "Low inked" on the "E & UN" on back. There can I get a comparison good/bad to verify this? 2. Have a $2 Blue seal silver cert, 1928 B series, with Large "ONE" on right side. Any way to know this piece value? 3. Have a 1985 series $1 bill where on the right side looks like it was folded during inking step, and has 2 blank vertical streaks on it, the body is normal size yet the inked areas are on the Left side very close to the edge and a it low too. The inked part on right side of blank areas looks a bit up & offset from the rest of the inked body area. Looks like a machine mis-align issue. Are these typo's typical and common or worth the time to sell ? Thx

very neat and helpful. so if i got my info right, the only ones worth anything beyond face are: printing errors star notes and low serial numbers?
