Is gold really worth it to buy now? In terms of the short term considering taxes and overall cost of upfront purchase then trying to resell when I actually need the liquidity, is physical or gold stocks more worth the cost ? My question, I have a 1960 D small date penny that appears to be or shows some doubling in the date, I thought it may have been a SD over a LD, but it shows no D above the now D mint mark as does the popular variety currently recognized as such, is there a slight possibility that a second variety may exist? 1943 is a Bronze penny, not copper. Plus, there's a misnomer about it: The Mints did toy with different alloys, before settling on the bronze one. PCGS has confirmed one of these alts as real.

I have a 1982 no p dime in ms 67. It's tied for top pop in ANACS. I'm sure there must be a higher grade in PCGS or NGC. It's a very strong strike. Though I didn't find this in change, I have found 4 W Quarters. Cool channel. I love collecting !

@@dar44445 In 2019 the govt wanted to stimulate coin collecting for the average person.. 5 different quarters with a "w" mintmark(west point) were minted for each year. Each of the 5 quarters has a low mintage of 2 million . I have found quite a few. If you find one, they are a minimum of 20 dollars. I have one in MS 68 worth 700 dollars. It's a great way for young and old alike to experience the thrill of finding a valuable coin in change. I hope this helps. Enjoy!

@@dar44445 they make nice gifts. The silver proof sets are good investments, the copper clad proof sets dont really appreciate that much with small exceptions. The copper clad sets are beutiful and cheap. They both make great gifts. If you go to the us mint page and sign up, they will give you lots of great offers. Be careful that it isn't a company other than the us mint. Look for the . Gov at the end of the address. Enjoy!

When we were moving, my dad had stored his special coins with my grandma. She had my uncle's workers over there without us knowing. Eventually found out that the workers had stoled his coins. Steel Pennies, old dollers, buffalo nickles, ect.. sad man, people can be petty

The America the Beautiful quarters are a series of 25-cents quarters, issued by the United States Mint starting in 2010 and scheduled to continue until at least 2021, but the series may be extended at the option of The Secretary of the Treasury, potentially extending the series to 2033, and after that, i wonder what new quarters will keep coming out.

Thats what they used to make that penny on purpose so they could use cover for bullets but the Cooper in that year is what your after and even better then that they even had some in bronze. But for the 44 steel penny I have 6 of them.
