They were very nice. Well built. The prices ranged from 390k all the way up to 800k for the unfinished ones.

I will suggest anyone interested in the Bayview condos to look into the truck and bus noise on that road. You can now rent Airbnb’s in the building, now. I stayed down the street in a Airbnb for a week because I loved the look of them as they were being built and want to check out the neighborhood. It was a noisy in the bnb due to the windows. The windows were not installed in those units, so I had no idea if it would be bothersome to me… otherwise I loved that section of town. The Pingo Doce in town is a nice market and one of my favorites on the island. The public swimming pool is nice for swimming laps and has a seaside entrance for those willing to brave the strong waves. And the restaurants are fantastic in town. Vile da Carne is across the road from those units has amazing views and food!
