We ALWAYS have stuffed artichokes for Easter. Easter bread. And the coconut lamb cake. The rest is what ever we decide. I do love the creamed baby red potatoes and peas. And of course a ham. But the best is always the artichokes!

I understand why some people would have reservations about lamb, but my word is it SO delicious.. particularly rack of lamb or bone-in chops as you prepared. If cooked properly, it just melts in your mouth like cotton candy..

I can’t wait to try your marinade, I prepared rack of lamb last night for my daughter & son-in-law, it was their 1st taste of lamb, they loved it! I want to try your marinade on both proteins the next time I cook either. Passover begins this week, we will be limited for a bit. Thanks Laura!
