As a Southeast Asian, I LOVE peanut sauce 😂 you can never go wrong with it. We dip our prawn crisps in peanut sauce, pour it on meat skewers, grilled lamb, even fried rice. Easy to make and tasty. Daniel’s dish looks amazing to me!

We use peanut in a lot of sauce here in Indonesia (or every other Southeast Asia countries). One of the most well known is Sate Kambing which is basically a kebab or yakitori, chopped lamb meat skewered, smoke grilled, and then served with peanut+sweet soy sauce sauce

I made lamb chops yesterday, oh my god 🤤😍😍 I marinated it by blitzing -Mint -Goat cheese -Rosemary -Coriander -Mild Red chili -Balsmatic vinegar -Salt, pepper, Olive oil -Tsp of peanut butter Marinate in fridge then Cook 2 minutes on each side high heat Wow, just wow. I was blown away by my own marinate recipe 😍🤤🤤😍😍

You’ve got to try it!! My dad said he never liked lamb (but because he had never tried it). He also likes all his meat well done because again, he’s never tried it medium-medium rare. I made lamb chops once for a party with a red wine, rosemary, garlic marinade and I grilled them to medium rare-medium, and I caught my dad with like 6 of them eating them and sucking on the bone 🤣😂🤣

As an Australian who loves their roast lamb fairly well done (if it simply falls off the bone it's perfect), I would say Emily's version is a rather nice and simple way to cook a meal of lamb for a family of 4-8 people that could be enhanced by the jabbing of the meat to allow the marinade to soak in better and marinade for longer, for a nice twice a week dinner (or at least for a Sunday Roast lunch or dinner).

1:37 now we need a commentary from Frank to how he liked that plating. Also we need Daniel & Frank in a Video just so they can plate dishes togehter :p
