As an Australian who loves their roast lamb fairly well done (if it simply falls off the bone it's perfect), I would say Emily's version is a rather nice and simple way to cook a meal of lamb for a family of 4-8 people that could be enhanced by the jabbing of the meat to allow the marinade to soak in better and marinade for longer, for a nice twice a week dinner (or at least for a Sunday Roast lunch or dinner).

Frank: So to start off we’re going to let this lamb graze in the Garden of Eden, and this is going to incorporate some great flavor into the meat naturally. Next, we’re going to put it on Noah’s Ark, and what this is going to do is put some nice moisture into the air around it which will help tenderize the meat for when we eventually butcher it in several centuries. Next…

Now that this series has been around for a while and a lot of people are recurring members you can really see how comfortable they are with the camera and with each other. I love the little comments they make about each other it warms my heart. This is one of my favourite series' on KZbin! ❤️

If the 3 chefs were in a school anime Emily: The 'wire' girl who is introverted. The only thing she is known for is putting ketchup on everything she eats. She is often taken advantage of by the bullies Daniel: The overly passionated athlet. Who is very popular and he is a very reliable and kind guy Frank: The teacher that every student likes. He is very wholesome. Later he becomes the motor of the main protagonist

I remember my first 4 levels video that introduced me to possibly the best trio in the series to this day: Emily, Lorenzo and of course, Frank. Then you have other chefs that have come and stayed and gone, but it's always been a blast with these videos. Thanks guys and gals.

There's a french recipe where you coat the meat with mixed almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, dried apricot... So a sauce with cilantro, lime and peanut butter isn't that weird.
