He was thr 2nd Caliph of Islam, ruling from Tunisia to Afghanistan and Saudi to Armenia, the leader of believers, that was the size of Empire he was ruling but he was living more simple life than a Shepherd. The size of his character was bigger than the world itself.

Omar Ibn Al Khattab R.A ?!?! The cruels of the cruels transformed to a man of kindness, a man of solitude, a man of forgiving, a man of humbleness, a man of sand. Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said once if there was to be another prophet after me, it would be Omar, the sword of Islam Omar. Alhumdulillah my son is named after two of these personalities, Mohammad Omar! Before knowing Omar ibn Al-Khattab (R.A) in Islam, know him before embracing Islam, you will not only react, you might cry even.
