I wonder about the owners of the 2nd house. It just seems odd that it belonged to a somewhat young family, yet it's an estate sale. I know estate sales aren't only for the deceased but it looks like everything is for sale as if the owners were deceased and young. Just sort of sad. I've been to a lot of estate sales but none like this.

I know resellers say that Christmas sells all year. However; it sells a lot higher in October, November and December. At least the items I have been selling.

So maybe a weird question, but I always thought estate sales were for when people passed away? This second sale was like a whole house of a whole families belongings. It was strange to me. Do you know the circumstance of the sale?

I'm not sure the story behind this one, but maybe the family was moving. There are estate sales companies that will hold a sale because the family is moving and doesn't want to, or know how to, hold the sale themselves.
