Very good history. God does judge in righteous judgment. Thank you for explaining the root and how wonderful that Christ washes us clean in his blood. I just did a study on Zephaniah. Chapter 1 :14 starts with The great day of the Lord , a day of wrath, the fire of his jealousy, and he will make a speedy riddance of all those who dwell in the land Chapter 2::4 For Gaza shall be forsaken. 2: 7 God will intervene. Hi Keith I find today that Christians commonly equate examination of end times prophecy to be giving into fear or inviting fear in to the heart. But rather I think it is the opposite, that ignoring end times prophecy and dismissing it is because of fear. I am disappointed that even today my church and all other churches local to me are avoiding any meaningful exposition of end times prophecy. Do you and others you know find this?

Yes i agree with you, very sadly. But its even more than this. Modern pastors and preachers are so badly equipped, have done so little personal study, and are so confused by a multitude of views and teachings that they refuse to teach these things because they feel unable. But also the Bible schools and colleges were infiltrated and a new view of not teaching Bible prophecy at all has come in. Its a real mess.

Hi, Keith! I appreciate your preaching. Dispensationalism is not heresy. We absolutely believe Jesus' blood is the only thing that saves. We believe God has dealt differently with humanity through different ages - but not that the OT saints are saved through any means but Jesus. They didn't know His name or what He would do, but it is because of their faith in God's promise to redeem mankind that they were saved - fulfilled when Jesus died on the cross to cover their sins. We use a literal interpretation of the Bible and believe God's revelation has unfolded throughout history. He's dealt with us differently - the church is not required to make sacrifices, the OT saints were required to make sacrifices - but we know that it all pointed to the ultimate sacrifice by Jesus that saves us all. I wanted to explain, as I don't think you characterized dispensationalism correctly.

I could watch more of this wise gentleman if he could lose the mono tonal drive in his delivery. If he could speak to me rather than at me, I would be far more blessed. I listened to the whole thing, and afterwards I realised that I had a headache and I felt stressed. I realise the urgency of the message, and yet I am able to absorb information far better if it is delivered to me with a easy tone. Dear Friend, So sorry my delivery is a hindrance to you. Paul had a similiar problem concerning what the Corinthians thought of his actual delivery style. I am a weak clay vessel who am amazed God has at all ever used me to deliver a message and Im always amazed anyone would listen at all. So its a compliment that you still listen through my great weakness. After preaching for more than 30 years its unlikely I will change. This is who I am. If I did change then I would always get someone complain the other way. Its happened! If you knew what i was going through emotionally and mentally during the days prior to delivering this you would be surprised I could preach at all. Thanks for comment and sorry its a hindrance. I guess it is me that needs to change, the way I see it is that the content outweighs the delivery, you have such a gentle tone when you slow down, and it is an asset in your arsenal, you should use it more often. My shortsightedness sometimes overlooks the reality of another person’s reality, and if you are going through tough moments right now, then my prayers are with you my brother. Im aware that my style was less free (or joyous) in this message than normal, although Im always intense i guess. The odd time i am aware of my lack in delivery and wish i could go and preach it over again in a better frame, but sadly my style generally does not change. I began as a street preacher so this does affect. I would never want some deliberate thing to hinder someone genuine like yourself, but if I manage to hear from God, and get His mind, style is way lower down the scale of importance.
