Garibaldi, little but great ship... very well armed but it's getting old and will be replaced in 10 years or something... i hope the Cavour will get a sister ship soon and i hope for F-35B in italian navy aviation! AV-8 great plane but i think that the naval rafale is lot better for air combat. Greetings from Italy my french friends Marine Nationale + Marina Italiana = Ruling the mediterranean sea

@bo2web Le porte-avions Garibaldi peut transporter 12 AV-8B et puis l'Italie a deux porte-avions. Le Cavour est beaucoup plus grand que cela, plus que deux fois, et dans l'avenir utiliser les nouvelles F35. Cependant, il est vrai, l'Europe est un géant économique mais un nain militaire.

gli ugelli del getto sono laterali e si girano e in piu ha una turbina piu piccola collegata alla principale posta in verticale posta al centro

2011 : L'unique porte-avion italien n'a que plus que 3 aéronefs en capacité opérationelle ! Bienvenue en Europe A part la France puis l'Angleterre (orientée vers les USA) et enfin l'Allemagne, l'Europe de la Défense (Budgets défense/ PIB) qui n'est pas prète d'exister ne repose plus que sur ces 3 pays...
