The best Poi I ate was at a luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center on Oahu. The texture was chunkier and so much more enjoyable than the one given in other places on the island. Mind you I understand they make it thinner in texture so it won’t need to be remade over and over again, however there’s a huge difference between the two types.
