First place, Yes nice view and private other than others living on the property, wonder what the road conditions are like during rainy season. Being so far out wonder if propane and drinking water delivery is an issue. Pricey for the size. Thanks for review.

You did a great job of showing the beautiful apartments in Sibulan. I was surprised you had an additional apartment you also showed in the Judyville Subdivision. I believe that is also a Sibulan address. Now for some suggestions: 1. Don’t let your videos go too long. This could have been two separate videos as they clearly appeal to different type of interested renters - high end versus low-medium. 2. Give contact information for interested renters. 3. Consider inserting in the video a snapshot of a map of the location. 4. Consider providing any additional information on amenities and resonsibilities. For example, did the 38K apartment include swimming Pool/fitness access? Is the renter responsible for the grounds? 5. Consider a way for viewers to contact you if they know of available properties. There are meant to be conductive as you two are providing a valuable service. Some are meant to save you time now and in the future. Your videos are excellent so I subscribed immediately.❤

It was really interesting seeing the two different places. I'm a bit late to this so I don't know if you'll read it. With the 38k apartment (and other similar places outside of the city) is there decent internet available? That is something that would be essential for me (I work remotely) and I wondered if I would need to stay in the city to find that or if it would be available further out in places like that 38k apartment?
