Darcie, I wonder why more KZbinr's doing catch, clean and cook video's don't wear Dyneema cut resistant gloves while filleting fish? As you didn't show, all it takes is a split second to slice you open. The only gloves more cut resistant are chain mail gloves. I took an old clipboard and modified it with some thumb tacks to stick my fish tails to, so that the fish doesn't move when slicing off the skin. I've seen people using a similar method for skinning out catfish. Anyhow, nice Wahoo.
