In this marathon of The New Detectives, investigators solve a series of complex murder cases using forensic science. They uncover the truth behind the death of a 33-year-old man through crucial evidence pointing to a close acquaintance. A young mother's killer near her Indiana home is identified with just one key piece of evidence. The discovery of a decapitated woman's body by an Alabama river leads to a challenging hunt for her identity and killer. A woman's death at the bottom of a staircase in New York sparks a forensic investigation to determine if it was murder or suicide, revealing it as a staged crime scene. Forensic examiners rely on physical evidence, known as the Silent Witness, to solve cases without eyewitnesses. Through military records, detectives identify a decapitated woman as Sandra Gail Leslie, leading to a breakthrough in her murder case. The apparent suicide of Irene Kovac is exposed as murder, disproving her husband's claims. Blood patterns and DNA evidence are key in solving a series of brutal murders, linking physical evidence to suspects. Finally, the case of Sandra Gail Leslie transitions from a missing person to murder as detectives work tirelessly to bring her killer to justice.

That's just what the lazy cops tell you but you sit in their office until you demand a missing person put out.

@@conversationovercoffee not at all it's how willing you are to go to jail and start a riot I was dirtfloor poor when I had to make a report and within 15 minutes or less of he'll raising they realized the 24 hr thing is Hollyweird made up crap not a lawthey had me on 4 cases of assault on an LEO easily and could probably have found more but it would've took more than the 4 of them and I was heading out to take a running cop car so I had a spotlight to find his bike then they decided to call everyone including the reserves and thr SAR team I belonged to before ma accident a swift water rescue team came to drag the river before it rose and TX equisearch came when I called they were staged up at the house before the cop got there cops or not I had a competent search team that would've embarrassed the cops in the news for not being there from the beginning you just have to put your foot down and don't accept no for an answer and don't let them touch you to toss you out defend your right to watch government employees work from a publicly accessible area

That first case, it's nice that they were able to get a warrant to search someone's house with absolutely no evidence, and nothing other than a gut suspicion.

How cold to kill your mother too (also ex-girlfriend). Then that couple actually thought they could go on raising the little boy and just skip through the rest of their lives together? Both killers and relationships ought to have a foundation of trust? Good grief

I don't understand the difference between second degree and first degree murder?
@lisathomas627
@lisathomas627 3 күн бұрын
First degree is a planned murder, 2nd degree murder is not planned ,so if you brought a gun then killed someone,that's planned as you brought the gun to kill someone.You are in a fight and you punch someone and they die it's second degree .If like me your from the UK,it's murder or manslaughter.

First to have a daughter to make wrong choices in life is one problem. The other problem is what kind of sick guy would murder his wife. Money and jealousy is a poor excuse. Just leave if you are not happy.

Thankyou! After seeing your comment. I had a bit of a look at the Scan questionnaire also. How interesting.... law enforcement put so much trust into a resource with absolutely no scientific evidence that it works. It's used still to this day. It's a joke really! Talking of opening and closing doors = child sexual abuse....Wow! Heaven forbid one actually opened and closed some doors 🤦🏼‍♀️

Vowed to never give up HER child. Wow, that's THEIR CHILD😢 It's sad because women tend to TAKE the father away from the father THEN SCREAM... "he's a deadbeat" & or "he's abusive" YET stay with that same man. Thisss IS WHY... being married b4 children SHLDDD still be the norm.... if u have 2 married people with a common goal u can teach ur children better 1 & 2, when things get rough ull be better equipped to make it thru the hard times & 95% of the time it dsnt end in murder...😢
