@53:45 Maybe you find this out later in the video Squirrel, but you can leave all of your items in your vehicle, when you get to your shop, and just click on the shop garage door to unload them all at once. After clicking the garage door, you click the button that says "Store From Truck". I was wondering why you were dragging each item, one at a time. The items just have to be inside or "touching" your truck for it to transfer them.

You have to be the right level to buy shops or homes in each area! So by putting off going to the junkyard and other areas you actually put yourself behind! Easiest way to combat this is to go to the blind box area and hope the gamble pays off, then sell the goods at the pawnshop or area you want to buy a house or buy the shop. Pawn near junkyard has an easier time buying a house, but harder to buy the pawnshop; other pawnshop near the north locksmith has an easier time buying the shop but house is like 25k.

pickup truck makes a bigger difference that you would think. You have to bring each area up, so once you hit 30 better off moving to other part of town and building up renown there

i really think this is a better version, but it could learn a lot from the older storage simulator. You should be able to sell things instantly for a lower price. There should be yard sales around the neighborhood where you can haglge and shop. There should also be people that want to sell you their things like in that alien pawn shop simulator. While you can't be in the shop all day, there could be an email system that has a list of people that you can chose to accept or decline and sell in your shop that way. I would make such a game if I wasn't currently busy developing something else.

Pretty sure that the type of truck that he's using in the beginning (well irl anyways) you have to open up the roof because the entire top of the truck is considered the hood. There's no conventional hood on the front of those types of trucks like you'd see on a Ford. In that case it would be called a covering that lifts up and down which is in fact the hood.. I'm pretty sure that some 18-wheelers are like that as well. I like to think of them as riding lawn mowers where the entire top opens up yeah I believe that it's either a Japanese type or Chinese type of truck as well if I'm not mistaken

Not wanting to do the auctions just because they say lv 1 is wasteful. At least join the auctions to see what's inside and quit only if you don't see anything. You are still in the beginning of the game moneywise and you won't grow quickly by ignoring lv 1 auctions and not making money from them.

so how haggle works is your essentially trying to haggle back up to the price that is set. selling to a pawnshop gives you market price. anything your employee sets things for is 50% more than market and pretty much will sell when your not there. so far ive been able to sell stuff i set for double the market value as long as im there haggling the price back to what i set it at.
