Imagining the blind auctions are better when you're targeting certain specialities, I'd save them for stocking up specialty shops. If you have a specialty set on a store you can upcharge more for things in the category so, for instance, the sports one that you paid 1435 for and had a 1500 value, it could've sold for over 2000 with the sports specialty shop.

Said it in the first video, just calm down, relax, and take your time. You do not need to be in such a constant rush that you are losing and throwing away thousands of dollars in items. You do it when you're emptying units, and now you're trying to do it in the actual game progression. Upgrade your tools, make sure your ONE pawnshop is stable, and that you can properly pay off bills and rent before you are trying to buy a house and jump locations. I'm not happy or gleeful that you lost all those items. I feel bummed out. Just slow down.

You can press or hold Alt can’t remember which but it highlights items for you. And for items needing verified you can look at them and they will tell you household, electronics etc so you know where to take them.

I am not sure if Squirrel knows this but the Icon in the top left with a person with a star on it is to tell you that you can pick up a item from a shop. also the last half hurt to watch, watching him lose 3000 bucks like that, could have ended with the purchase of the house.

It looks like you gotta look for the class type for blind auctions. You bought a C class with trash in it. Then you got a couple B class and got purples and pinks so I’d say if it’s A class then it’ll be worth buying!

Forget the house its stupid cause your only perk with house is storage space which you never use. Instead either upgrade one of the tools or you know ypur truck so you can actually carry more things and a lot easier as well.

Gosh was so annoyed at the 1st half when you prioritized the house that wont make you money over the car that can drive you way faster to the other side or the fixing tool. You really need to know what is more efficient. Thankfully the game didnt make you buy it the best way it can.
