My oldest daughter does not like any kind of scary movie, I'm the kind of person that will watch a scary movie in the dark with the windows and doors unlocked❤ so I said to her, have a good night sweetie, I'm going to put on my scary stories and go to bed.... after a very long pause, she says in her most grossed out throw up voice ,you listen to scary stories when you go to bed mom?? There were quite a few requests for that, but just so you know, I'm making the same amount of content either way, so you'd still be hearing the same number of stories each week, but I add the extra rain sounds so that the video doesn't autoplay to a loud disruptive video just as you're sleeping.

I'm a crazy cat woman in the U.K. and it's 10:38 a.m. on a Monday! I like scary stories as long as no animals or kids suffer. I don't know why Dark Web stories rend to help me sleep, but they do! Oh, and I agree that the rain sound bed is soothing. I thought it would make me want to keep heading for the loo, but no. Overload music or monotonous dissonance favoured by some content creators are my pet hate! Um........I think we were dhort-changed here! If I wanted to listen to nothing but a sounds ape, I'd go for a purring Meowgi or waves. I live in a rainy country - I hear enough pure rain in reality!☔️☔️

Is there any way you can choose the type of ads you use for monetizing? I understand that you need to use it to make your time worth it. But is it possible to use the short ads that are one per ad break? Rather than two to three with the skip option. It makes it harder to use this for sleep. Cause you wanna skip. Or maybe the other kind are only an option for bigger channels. The short one at a time can’t be skipped but it’s no big deal if you know it’ll be a fast break.

This used to be an option, but now KZbin has recently changed it so that you get a lot of long unskippable ads "because this is a longer video". I think bigger channels might still have that option but my options are essentially "on" or "off". I completely agree and understand what you're saying, it's tricky for me. I couldn't afford to do these videos without turning on ads, they take so much time. I'll have a look into it a bit more, one obvious solution would be to buy KZbin premium but I appreciate that's not an option for everyone.
