The difference between a long Jennifer McGwire video and those of some other people, is that she never wastes my time by not being prepared, wandering off to find supplies, or running on and on with small talk that is not interesting. Her long videos are packed with unique and useful information and lots of examples, and she communicates clearly. Unlike so many others who pack 15 minutes of content into a 60 minute video. 😆

Jennifer, you've often been open about your struggles with anxiety and I've wanted to leave a comment for a long time to say how positively you affect my own struggle with mental health. You inspire me with your creativity and making me want to try and learn everything that you teach. I made my craftroom to have two desks so that there's always room for a friend to craft with me and pre-pandemic we would attempt many of the techniques you so graciously take the time to meticulously and beautifully explain. Sometimes my health, mental and otherwise, dictates I need to take some time out of my day to relax and perhaps nap. You are my nap companion. I put on one of your longer videos and sleep. Not because of the length of the video because they can never be too long, nor because they aren't absolutely riveting, but because your voice is a comfort to me. The timbre of your voice, the calm way you speak, your personality, they are infinitely relaxing to me and I am beyond grateful for the peace you bring me in a stressful and anxious world. Thank you. Wow! If you use both the blue and green distress sprays, you can create beautiful fish scales/fins or mermaid tails. That shimmer would make it look so realistic with the right stamp.
