******YES, I know my dog jumps up on the dining room table. She was a rescue and it was a bad habit she brought with her. We rarely use the dining room table, and be assured when we do, I change the tablecloth and wipe down the table. So please don't tell me how gross and disgusting it is. Thank you :) *****

I love your doggie! I thank God for you and your family for getting a rescue dog or cat! My cat's sleep with me and one sits on the kitchen chair and the other one keeps getting on the table! Hahaha I love them!!! Your doggie is at home now! So it's trying to enjoy it's new home and family!!! God bless you and your family! Have a great day! Let's pray for each other and everyone else !!!

Thank You for rescuing that dog and you're super awesome for letting it sit on the table to look out the window! Dogs have such a boring life and they don't ask for much and yet give us unconditional love and devotion, so letting them have some sort of enjoyment means the world to them! I tried the dough and made pizza. Wow! It tasted great! My daughter (the picky eater) liked it as well. Thank you for showing how versatile this dough is! I will enjoy trying it with the cinnamon rolls!

I made the pizza dough a few weeks ago and it was my first time and I did not get any complaints from my sometimes finicky wife. I used a mix of smoked sausage, ground beef, extra sharp cheddar and pepper jack mix, onion and bell pepper plus sauce for the ingredients and I used the leftover, minus sauce, a couple days later in an omelet.

Great quick recipes! I found rolling the dough out on lightly floured wax paper made things much easier!😀

I make home made pasties (they come from the UP where wives would make them for their husbands who were miners). They look, in shape & size, just like the stromboli, bower the ingredients are beef, shredded potatoes, onions, some seasonings & sometimes rhutabega, depending on your tastes. They are SO GOOD & I would love to make them with 2 ingredient dough. Thanks Joan all of these recipes look amazing & I know my family would love each & every one!!! I think I will start with the cinnamon rolls first!!

I almost didn't watch this video because I've made the 2-ingredient dough before, but I'm glad I did. Like you did, I too decrease the yogurt in the cinnamon rolls, but I like the cream cheese icing you made. I learned that trick and a few others. Good job and thank you for not talking down to us and over-explaining everything like many KZbinrs do.

Just a quick tip, use pam to spray your board and knife and it won't stick or add extra flour. I also cut the log in half, then each piece again in half and each piece again in half and you will ALWAYS have consistent size pieces. 😊

I’ve used and loved Swerve granulated and confectioners sweetener over a year now , pricy but well worth it and now they have added brown sugar too👏❤️

One of the best videos using this dough, which I had given up trying to make. I see you decrease the amount of the yogurt!!!! Will do this from now on as the recipes you have made here, must be done in my kitchen too! Thanks for video that is so easy to understand; I can almost smell the cinnamon!!!

I made the pizza crust and it's amazing. I did use a different ingredient than Greek yogurt. I was making ravioli and I had one cup left over of ricotta cheese. So I mixed my flour, baking powder, salt and ricotta cheese. My pizza was delicious. So I had dough left over and decided to make pretzels. I was able to make three five inch barbavian style pretzels. They were so good. I did the baking soda bath and salted and butter. So it seems maybe sourcream or ricotta cheese can be blended with flour. I can digest this way better. Also keep weight down. Thanks for your recipes.

Great recipes. I just wanted to let you know, as an Italian we call what you made a calzone. A stompoli is laying on your ingredients and rolling it up putting a few spots on top. Thanks again for the recipes.

Here in NJ, a calzone has ricotta cheese in it, stromboli has no ricotta!

Yes calzone do have ricotta in it and it's in the shape you made the ingredients in. Normally those ingredients, ie luncheon meats and cheeses are rolled and that is called stromboli. Just for the heck of it KZbin stromboli also calzone and look at their shapes.

I am a new subscriber. I have used this recipe to make naan bread and pizza. I love the pretzel bites! Since im not on a diet i put butter and garlic and parmesan . My sister does points and with the shelter in place cant get used to cooking for one. Im sure she will love these and still stay on her diet. ! Looking forward to more from you !

Though I agree it is not a 2 ingredient dough, it would be if you use self rising flour. Your recipes look wonderful and very thought provoking on how versatile this dough is. Heading out for some Greek plain yogurt! Thankyou for your video.

I so love that little roller! How much melted butter do you reckon I could use in place of the spray butter? Did the swerve have the cooling effect with the cinnamon rolls? How many cinnamon rolls would you consider an appropriate serving? I’m not a Buffalo chicken fan, but I am thinking bbQ chicken would be good. Oh my that pizza and the pretzels have me drooling! Oh! I'd suggest you roll it out between wax paper or parchment with a little flour. Much easier to manage.

If you are worried about points it will change the points, but I can't see the flavor mattering, but to be honest, I have never tried it

I was actually talking about like for desserts like a Apple bread pie or Apple butter spread on the bread and stuff if that matter if it was a fruit yogurt then you wouldn't taste it so much because you have fruit on it already in the bread

How long does it take for pretzel bites in oven or convection oven and temps please tyvm :) Do you have to use Greek or can you use regular yogurt? * for buffalo pizza I used ranch seasoning when you mix chicken with sauce so less calories but awesome flavor and another I sprinkled ranch seasoning on dough

Dear Joan, Did you mention adding salt and baking soda to the 2 ingredient dough? Is that only for the pretzel or do you add baking soda to the other things? How much per cup of flour? Thank you! Loved your recipes:)

Yes, baking soda and salt to the flour to make it "self rising" for all the recipes. You can just use self rising flour and skip all that!

Hmm, I was going to try that cinnamon roll recipe, but when I got to the kitchen, I remembered that everything is packed away due to repainting the kitchen. I suppose not eating is zero points, too (it's 3am, not like it's a mealtime).

You said you should have spaced the cinnamon rolls but I know that keeping them together is the correct way. Why? Because the dough as it cooks raises up against each roll to give volume. I know that spacing can defeat volume

This is. It a traditional yeasted dough, so they really don’t rise-the sides that were stuck together didn’t cook all the way through

Hello! I just stumbled on this video looking for a freezer cinnamon rolls guide. How is this a 2 ingredient dough? I counted 4 ingredients. And what are the points all about?

The points are weight watchers-this is a weight watchers channel. I say in the beginning you can make it 2 ingredient dough by using self rising flour. I did not have it so I had to use 4 ingredients

It is a zero calorie sugar substitute so I would think yes. Since this video, I have actually switched and now use Lakanto Monkfruit sweeteners for granulated and powdered sugars amd Sukrin Gold for brown sugar

J Jsinger use less yogurt! It really does help! Also, if there is any liquid on top of the yogurt, pour it off, don’t mix it in. I may try straining it also to “dry it out” a bit

I have tried this dough many times and to me it tastes like something made with bisquick. It looks like pizza dough, but does not taste like pizza dough. Not your fault. I actually got the recipe from another youtuber, but I wanted to see how the "other" items you made turned out. Thanks for the ideas! I just need to find a dough I like.

Just discovered you!! I've been in WW since 2012, made Lifetime in 2014. Been trying to stay within those 2 lbs of goal but have discovered some misleading Pinterest WW recipes and fell off the WW wagon. Will be buying that roller. Trying whole wheat flour for the pizza dough. Any pointers you can give will be much appreciated. Thanks! Char in PA.

Definitely be patient with the dough-there is a learning curve! Also I use 1 cup flour to 3/4 cup of yogurt now-makes it easier to handle

You can use either. If you use self rising, it's complete. If you use all purpose, just add 2 tsp of baking powder ad 3/4 tsp of salt

Yes, it must be Greek brocade it is so much thicker than regular. It doe not have to be fat free though. I use FF because I follow Weight Watchers and the FF helps me keep points low

Sheryl Bylsma I have never tried! I have refrigerated it for a few days. If you do refrigerate it, bring it up to room temp before using. I’ll have to experiment with freezing it!

I've heard other people say the bagels made from this dough freezes perfectly. Never tried it myself though.
