what I did to not add more flour, was mix 1/2 cup yogurt with 1/4 flour. then as I rolled it out and kneeded I used up the other 1/4 cup flour. worked out perfectly.

I made this for the first time tonight and it’s SO good! Just a little bit of advice for first timers... the dough is tricky so don’t wait until you are hungry to start making this or you will be beating it like it owes you money.

If you don’t want to add more flour because that’s more points, you can roll it in between baking sheet paper. Or put in the pan and press out to the edges with your fingers. I spread tomato either straight from the tin or a homemade sauce or tomatoe purée and top with onions, peppers tossed in a little spray oil, Black olives and mature cheese sprinkled on top to hold it altogether. I made this for lunch today I used pizza sauce (1 point for 1/4 cup and turkey pepperoni 2 points for 17 pieces). Sooo good!!😋 I love your recipes because it’s normal food, it tastes good and it’s pretty quick to make which I need. Thank you for sharing😊

I thought this pizza was delicious! The dough worked out perfectly for me. I made the sauce on the weekend and that only took about 15 minutes. This is the perfect meal: fast, low in points and tastes good. You definitely have the right idea that most people can only stick to an eating plan if they like the food. No thanks to boring chicken breasts and broccoli every night! So glad I found this!

I've also sprayed my hands with Pam to keep it from sticking and used sprayed parchment paper sandpit the dough in between 2 pieces then roll out. Worked well.

I definitely recommend you use some sort of whole grain flour though and then add in the baking powder and salt to make your own self rising flour because regular self rising flour has few to no nutrients as a result of being refined. You shouldn't just seek to only lose weight. You should also seek to be healthy.

I just made this tonight. I used trader Joe's nonfat Greek yogurt and their low-fat mozzarella string cheese. Those were the substitutes I had at home. I also added pepperonis on top! It was so delicious! Although I will say the whole pizza was 600 calories for me! I will definitely be making this again, but only eating half! 💪😎

Try pressing it out on a silpat baking mat, then it won’t stick and then you just bake it on that same thing. It turned out so yummy for me, can’t wait to make this again and again

I always wanted to try your pizza so today I finally did. Sadly the 1/2 cup equals 60 grams which is 6 points and I apparently overdid it on the cheese (regular shredded mozzarella) and ended up with 17 points for the entire Pizza 🙈🙈🙈 but it tasted really good. 🤣

Ok, I made this recently, and for anybody who's curious that hasn't made it yet: it's legit! The crust browned, edges were crispy, nothing was soggy - delicious! I used Trader Joe's Greek Yogurt, worked great. If you're hesitant, just make it! I put it in at 400°F for 30 min, but next time won't go past 25 min.

A pastry blender works great if you have one. To save on clean up, I use my largest mixing bowl, and then I can knead it in the bowl. I then place parchment paper on a cookie pan and roll it on there, yes, flouring frequently! 😉

Jackie Felt just enter the ingredients in My Fitness Pal on the recipe builder or look up individual calorie counts for each ingredient depending on which cheese or sauce you’re using. I think when I made it it was about 300-400 calories and I used just the part skim mozzarella not fat free

@hannah_w Yes. Self rising flour has added baking powder and salt for leavening If you use regular all purpose flour you should add 1-1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt per cup of flour.

You might try slightly less yogurt. Definitely use the Fage brand as it has less moisture in it (more whey has been drained from it.)

Every time I’ve made this dough it’s a disaster. I always do the 1:1 ratio. The only thing different is I’ve Bieber used my stand mixer, which some people say helps. And I use cobani yogurt. I think the next time I try this I will use my stand mixer and fage yogurt.

I added everything into the my fitness pal app as best I could and it came out to approx 590 calories for the whole pizza, which is pretty good seeing as regular pizza is around 250 calories for one slice. I would personally eat it as a treat on days I have burnt enough calories to fit it in my 1300 cal allowance!
