I made these and rolled them in sweetener and cinnamon like a churro also there is a walnut flour version that has lower carbs.

I prefer the coconut flour fries myself, these fries are very easy to make. I shallow fried the ones I made.

Technically it's 4 ingredients or 5 if you add the salt however the salt is optional. 😝😜 Thanks for posting. Easy enough to try. Serious Keto posted one of her fry recipes a while back using paneer cheese. He did a kitchen test on it. I couldn't find the cheese anywhere so I gave up on trying. It is now in the grocery store that I shop at so I'm excited to try it. You should check it out.
