@@youreapoopiepants9278 My friend's mum owns a cooking channel and she calls me over to her house to ask me how a certain food tastes before she makes a video. My other friend who is seriously into gymnastics also joins us but she takes a bite, chews the food, spits it into a paper and then throws that paper into the dustbin. I'm surprised my friend's mum hasn't figured this out yet 😂. If it's a juice or a milkshake my friend just declines saying she isn't in the mood. This is kind of sad though...I honestly dont understand why anybody would restrict themselves to this extent 😔

Ingredients: ¼ full jar of Nutella Double cream 1) Fill ¾ of the jar with double cream and mix well, making sure to scrape all the bits at the bottom and mix them in. 2) Microwave on medium (500W) for 20 seconds then shake it well. 3) Put it in the freezer overnight. 4) Let it sit for 20 minutes before opening. 5) Enjoy!

She only eat unhealthy stuffs whenever she films herself for KZbin. So she eats high cal foods 4 times a week and eat low cal foods rest of the day.
