No Kitchen on the first floor and basement, only bedrooms like it's a hostel, and only one bathroom is luxurious, the rest are effortless. unnecessary extra windows, unpleasant curtains in short waste of money

Every house is not for renting upper and lower portion. This is cheap Pakistani mentality that's why they build kitchens on upper floor. If one family is using the house, why need multiple kitchens? It's a luxurious house for one family not for kiraya.
