Almost everyone in Eurovision competes in English since the rule in which it has to be in a national language was dropped. Think about it how many times has a song in recent times won in another language other than English? 2001-English 2002-English 2003-English 2004-English 2005-English 2006-English 2007-The exception Serbian 2008-English 2009-English 2010-English 2011-English and the lovely Loreen 2012 English.
