2 Michelin Star Sushi

Our friends were celebrating their wedding anniversary, and so we all went out to Sushi Kanesaka, a 2 Michelin Starred sushi restaurant in Tokyo, the first ever Michelin Starred restaurant we've ever been to. And...it was pretty amazing.

For anyone thinking 2 star is low, Michelin stars are much harder to get compared to any sort of 5 star rating system, some 5 star restaurants don't even have a Michelin star and the highest amount of Michelin stars you can get is 3. Fun fact: Tokyo has more Michelin stars than any other area in the world combined

+Tadashi Nishijima sorry, I meant sushi restaurant. I watched a documentary on KZbin that said it was the only 3 Michelin star sushi restaurant in Japan but I've looked it up and it's probably wrong. Oh well, still there are only a handful of 3 Michelin star sushi restaurants at most .
