As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I knew that I had to try it. I cut the recipe in half and made it today. It was amazing. This is the first time I have had such good pancakes at home. @@snehashah3918 Try this recipe once to see how it reacts; it’s not what I would call unhealthy, and if you want to make it healthier you can substitute wholemeal flour for the white flour and use less icing sugar ie a couple of spoons instead of a quarter of a cup.

Yes you can. Buttermilk is used traditionally as it has a slight tang which reacts with the baking powder and soda and creates bubbles and help it rise and become fluffy. As long as the curd/yogurt/buttermilk has a little tanginess it will work.

I tried the recipe exactly like him. Really liked the pancakes except my pancakes kept sticking to the pan so i used butter before spreading the batter. I also slightly made them less thicker so the inside can cook well. Thanks a lot for making this video. It was really helpful.

I made this recipe just by following it .Trust me i ended uo having a yum pancake . it was so easy . I like my Pancakes without any syrup because i don't like sweets and chocolate but you can have it with maple syrup (you'll get in on Spencer's) and you'll end up having a yum yum and super fast, Easy 🥞 pancakes. This reciepe was like a life saver! Thank you chef. There are millions of food blogs and chefs..but they are never this crystal clear in detailing. I have always used store bought pancake batter. I have never attempted eggless and “do your own batter” at home kinda thing. Your video made it look simple. I tried and omg the pancakes were fluffly. Only step i didnt get a 100% was the buttermilk one.. but nevertheless pancakes were amazing 😊
