10/10 cookies fr, my whole family loved it. Some changes I made: - used normal sugar instead of castor sugar - melted the butter and turned it brown, I heard that brown butter is amazing for cookies. For the people baking it in the microwave (I did) Put it on convection, 170 degrees, and just put it on a microwave safe baking tray and bake it for 17-18 minutes.

Made these cookies yesterday according to the video. Amazing! The best chocolate chip cookies ever! Also using the ice scoop was really great. They all turned out the same shape. Only thing I changed was the chocolate. I used half of 70 percent dark chocolate and half salted dark chocolate. Thanks Sanjyot for this delicious recipe!

Best cookie I ever made did the entire recipe ingredients weight by half measurement and I got 6 chunky (as per Sanjot tip) cookies cooked to perfection with a lil soft centre that was cake texture and the crust perfectly khasta.That was my first cookie.

I made these yesterday, tasted delicious😋 But it wasn't as perfect as you made it. 1) The base of the cookies were little burnt. I followed the same temp and duration. 2) Cookies were little hard after storing it for a day. 3) It was not as flat as you made them.
