@@antonissa8345 Joseph start singing at the end of the song than nothing bad is ever going to happen to him and he mentions what is NOT going to happen but its all the things that does happen to him. Around 3:15 he sings: ..... @@yuuablewon I disagree, Joseph was just a child that had been treated like a miracle, he didn't do anything that deserved those consequences. If anything the one who needed a dosis of good parenting was Jacob.

Here to pay my respects to Yahweh. We honour you great God above all other gods, king above all other kings, great above all greatness, wise beyond all wisdom and merciful beyond mercy itself. Lord almighty, Elohim Adonai, Yeshua Hamashiach, who is like unto you o Lord, who in your name the dead can rise, and the sick can be healed. A thousand poems could never describe you, and a thousand altars could never truly represent you. Hallelujah, we praise you o bread of life, and water of salvation, oh bastion of peace and glory of mankind. We worship you oh father, may we receive mercy..

I love the foreshadowing in this song. You will share the air of kings (He ends up as the 2nd most powerful man in Egypt) And heaven grace your gentle face with power to beguile (Potiphar's wife found him hot) And angels will guide your tomorrows (God led him to end up in Egypt to save his family from famine as the 2nd strongest man in Egypt) You won't see me bent over double in darkness and rubble (His time as a slave, especially in prison)

My parents always call me a miracle child because when they adopted me I had drugs in my system and physical and mental health issues because my biological mother took drugs while she was pregnant with me and all the doctors thought I would never be able to walk or brush my own hair or even live long. But now I’m 23 and I’m doing ballet brushing my own hair. Painting, drawing, and feeding myself and defying the odds set against me. All because of my amazing adoptive parents who loved me so much that they never gave up on me and did countless hours of physical and mental therapy and spent thousands of dollars for doctors and because of my Amazing Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who heard my family’s prayers and who loved me so much He healed me! And when my parents call me their miracle child or say it in front of others when they’re telling my story I get embarrassed and self conscious that someone will get offended but they always tell me to claim it and own it and point people to the One who did everything which Is God! Our catchphrase is it’s not odd it’s God! Thank you for reading this and sorry it’s so long! 😂 I wanted to share my story and point others to Christ.

Miracle Child Lyrics: JACOB A brightly shining star, Where there was none, You have granted us a son. RACHEL Dreams do come true, Look at you... JACOB Joseph. BROTHERS Our baby brother, he is special, He is one of us, we'll keep him from harm, And we will teach him... JACOB I will teach him all he needs to know, He'll stand apart from other men BROTHERS We'll stand beside him and together, We will show him what it means to be a family JACOB You are a miracle child You are the best You shine the brightest Your days will be cloudless and mild Your trails be blessed, Your trials the lightest You were made for better things You will share the air of kings You were born and fortune smiled For you are a miracle child RACHEL The sun will rise within your eyes The moon will light your smile And heaven grace your gentle face With power to beguile You will wade through the river of sorrows, warm and dry JACOB And angels will guide your tomorrows, this I prophesy JACOB AND RACHEL For you are a miracle child You are the best, You shine the brightest Your days will be cloudless and mild Your trails be blessed, your trials the lightest You were made for better things You will share the air of kings You were born and fortune smiled For you are a miracle child JOSEPH Dearest mother, Beloved father A coat of colors bright as butterfly wings, To remind me Things you've told me all my life I am special, I am smart I am somehow set apart Petty rules and limitations don't apply For I am a miracle child I can't be harmed, I'm wrapped in rainbow Though fate can be heartless and wild My life's been charmed And shall remain so I was made for something more, Not to struggle, but to soar To my fortune reconciled For I am a miracle child. You won't see me bent over double In darkness and rubble, Where mountains of trouble are piled, I was destined to fly, watch me light up the sky For I am a miracle child

One thing I actually noticed/spotted in this song, is that unknown to Joseph and Jacob, two of the lines in the chorus "You were made for better things" and "You will share the air of kings", actually foreshadow Joseph's future in Egypt. The line "You were made for better things" happens often for Joseph in Egypt, including when he helps Potiphar out by cleaning his courtyard, organizing his storage closet and stopping Potiphar from buying a horse owned by a thief. Then Joseph helps both The Baker, The Butler, and Pharaoh out by interpreting their dreams and what will happen. Finally Joseph is able to recognize through Pharaoh's dream that there is going to be a great harvest, followed by a terrible famine and he helps collect grain to store up for the years of famine which saves not only Egypt but other countries as well. The other line in the song "you will share the air of kings" happens after Joseph interprets Pharaoh's dream, when Pharoah makes Joseph a leader in Egypt and his second in command, and because of this Joseph has high power like an actual king.

Jacob is a dumbass. He didn’t just tell Joseph he was the most special even though that ended up backfiring. He also tricked his father in to blessing him instead of his brother my main point is just that the Bible as a whole is not a very good book they’re a lot of parts that either don’t make sense or are strange or gross Note how I said as a whole though because it’s still good in certain books and in certain parts of certain books Joseph’s story in Genesis being one of the good parts

This movie overplaying the “overtly favoring child” father trope, these guys were kids of different mothers, there was rivalry regardless (most of us from the same mother and father know sibling rivalry despite not having this dynamic). I understand the story telling seeking to spotlight how dessention between the brothers came from the father favoring Joseph, but to say that they had nothing but good intentions from the moment he was born is cartoonish… but then again… this is… a cartoon😂😂😂
