If you can hang on the Rim with 2 hands you can dunk in theory, you Just need to throw good lob.

If you're backrimming it's either because you're slightly not getting high enough or you're jumping too close to the rim id say

depends on body type, his body is built running fast and exploding with 2 feet, lenghtier guys can extend more and dont need to transfer as much power from both feet i think
@mateoo4

ya! but you can damage your knees faster by doing it way better to do 2 foot jumps

I had my first dunk off one cus that’s the only approach I know. But when I mastered my two footed approach I noticed it’s a lot easier to dunk off two. Everyone has a preference it’s not really a body type thing. I could’ve been a one foot jumper if I wanted to

acceleration is also key to dunking, I find that the faster I run into the dunk the higher I get

Great progress dude. As others have likely said, if you could palm the ball you could easily be throwing down dunks now. I could never get as I high as you can, but I used to be able to throw down 1 handers, 2 handers, alley oops, tip jams, reverses etc, just because I could palm it and time it well.

For legs, probably nordics and single leg squats. Chest would be push ups, back would be pull ups and supermans. For shoulders, you can learn the hand stand push up or do lateral raises with objects in your house lol
