If you're backrimming it's either because you're slightly not getting high enough or you're jumping too close to the rim id say

it’s way easier to dunk off one foot, i can get my wrist to the rim off one and can cleanly dunk it

@MrKrabs-iz2jc3 жыл бұрын

@maksimiliangrbic52393 жыл бұрын
depends on body type, his body is built running fast and exploding with 2 feet, lenghtier guys can extend more and dont need to transfer as much power from both feet i think
@mateoo43 жыл бұрын
ya! but you can damage your knees faster by doing it way better to do 2 foot jumps
@Brandon-qh4ck3 жыл бұрын
I had my first dunk off one cus that’s the only approach I know. But when I mastered my two footed approach I noticed it’s a lot easier to dunk off two. Everyone has a preference it’s not really a body type thing. I could’ve been a one foot jumper if I wanted to
@itsyoboijay3062 жыл бұрын
acceleration is also key to dunking, I find that the faster I run into the dunk the higher I get

Great progress dude. As others have likely said, if you could palm the ball you could easily be throwing down dunks now. Eat a lot of foods that’ll stick to you and have a protein shake after every workout. If you’re looking to gain so water weight too/get better workouts I’d suggest looking into creatine as well.
