I really appreciate how conscientious and aware you are of all of the nuances that play into our bodied existence. It is so complicated to know where some of our feelings come from, it is so influenced by society and also so personal. I am also speaking from my experience as a disabled trans masc person. Basically I wish everyone could be happy in our body/minds, and I really appreciate the struggle of holding the complexities. Sorry, this is all becoming a bit more rambly than I wanted. I am glad you are healing well and have been really connecting with your content lately. So thank you so much for that.

Completely understand where you are coming from and I’m dealing with something similar myself. It sounds less like it is actual fat phobia that caused you to alter your body and more like literally the shape. The fact that your body shape didn’t properly fit the clothing that you wanted to wear is a problem on a much larger scale that we have in society. They don’t really make clothes for different body types. They just size up or size down the same fitment. You are looking great, and the fact that you are enjoying being a bigger boy speaks a lot about how you are not fat phobic. I do agree that those thought processes probably stemmed from internalized fat phobia that is ingrained in us from society. It sounds like you are finding a happy balance with yourself. I hope you continue to love what you see and feel comfortable in your own skin.

Good to hear the updates, sounds like it's overall going well despite some hiccups! "I like being a bigger boy, being chubby, and I'm comfortable" If I can say, you're very cute as you are and it's nice to hear you feel comfortable being bigger and chubby because you look good like that. I hope that's not too weird to say, compliment not creeping!

Hi, thanks for the reply, I have just watched your one month post op video and there is no mention of costs or surgeon in that video. I watched it twice. So is it another Clio you maybe reference too. ? 💚😎

You look great! You were great before your surgery too 😊 I can picture nice warm squishy hugs 😁 One person I watched somewhere said "I don't want to be a big chunk of hard muscle, I want to give people a big Tempur-Pedic hug, where they just slowly melt into my softness and leave an imprint on my heart!" I wish I could remember where I heard it/who said it! After seeing your before and after pics, I don't see why the doctors were saying they thought you were too overweight to do surgery? 🤷🤔As for the side view you showed, I don't think you have any fat at all right above your lower hairline, that might just be your muscles? And love how your tattoos have turned out 😀 I have the same body shape you do, and the doctors are telling me that if I keep my weight off I can have skin removal surgery. I'm still deciding that part. I gained weight back because my skin flaps were so uncomfortable, but my body could barely handle my top surgery. 🤔 Now that I know what it's called (thank you Ocean!) I want to have the mons resection as well, but they don't include that in skin removal surgery where I am. I'd have to do things in stages. I'm surprised you got through a whole video without a kitty butt or her playing with your camera, she's adorable!

Thank you so much for this! Warm squishy hugs are the bed. The surgeon was talking about asthetics entirely when it came to lower surgery. I personally think he's just not comfortable enough in his talent to work with fat people! I've been hearing a lot about loose skin since talking about this! I wish there was more info around options! I locked Olive in jail (my bedroom) because she's out of control ahahahaha!

@@Ocean_Grove Kitty jail! I used to have to do that with my cat, but he would bang up against the door and howl, so it was better to just leave him out after a few tries. I found out with one surgeon I asked, that they could use the loose skin from a skin removal surgery to make a neophallus, then there wouldn't be any arm/leg scarring issues. I've thought about it, but as with your surgery, there would have to be hair removal involved. With belly hair, it would have to be electrolysis, and that's more expensive than a wax job. The follicles need to be completely closed to make the urethra. I wish I knew what doctor told me that, but it's an option for anyone in my situation.

I'm not in pain really, my skin feels a little uncomfortable still but not unbearably painful. In regards to my nipples - I think the sensation can be really weird a couple years after surgery as the nerves have to re-connect. Especially if you had very sensitive nipples beforehand? But I would also second getting another opinion on what you're experiencing right now!

@@Ocean_Grove awesome your welcome bro i do too but i find myself feeling insecure going to the gym so i just do workouts at home and ill tell you the best kept secret of building muscle that may help with your confidence in your self image just working out doesn't make you look filled out you will be skinny with muscles if you want to look like your built like the a wrestler you have to put on weight to help with muscle cushioning it helps contour the muscle and fill it out this is why im trying to put on weight so i can lift fat is good for guys that are trying to lift just make sure you have good fruits and water as well as carbs protein and as much as you may want to be careful let your scars heal before heavy lifting i have eczema so my scars on my chest are stuck with me for life haha much love mate keep up the great videos
