my jbs extreme 2 won’t charge i’ve tried different charge cords but none seem to work. the battery is not dead because when i press the power button it makes that power up sound but the power light only comes on white for a fraction of a second then goes dark again. what could be the problem and is there a solution

It looks like your battery is dead. It only charges small amount of energy that helps to power up for very limited time. I advice you to get a service man to check the battery health to be sure.

My JBL extreme 2 low frequency button sequence doesn’t work so basically when I press the Bluetooth and volume down button for 10sec to go in to low frequency it does nothing and stays the same. when I tried to soft reset it it didn’t work either. I thought that it the Bluetooth button that was broken but when I press it by itself it work normally can you help me fix this problem

First of all, I advice you to try hard reset. If there is a software problem this should help. But if there is no software problem, you may have mechanical problem that when you press both bluetooth and volume down button, it does not work at the same time. You should get it checked to be sure.

My JBL Xtreme 2 does the same, low frequency mode is not working, but it is after a firmware upgrade. I will try the hard reset, maybe it works.

Try this: 1-Hold down Vol + and Pause/Play at the same time for approx 10 seconds. The Xtreme lights for On/Off and Connect will turn white, then the unit will power itself off. 2-Now turn the unit back on, and it will be reset. If this method does not work, than may have battery problem. You should get it checked by the mechanics.

I do not know why but firmware 2.6 is not avaliable for all Xtreme 2 devices which is very weird. I have also 2.3 version.

Check your firmware of your device. If it is 2.3 or 2.6, you do not need to update it (some devices have firmware 2.3 and they can't be updated to 2.6). If you have older version than 2.3 than you can update it. You can update your device by JBL Connect application which is available for IOS or Android devices. Download the application to your cell phone through app store or play store than the application will lead you.

1-Be sure to play high quality music. Music quality is very important. When it comes to audio bitrate size does matter. The more kilobits per second the greater the quality of the sound. For most general listening 320kbps is ideal. Of course, CD-quality audio that stretches to 1,411kbps will sound better 2-Make sure that you increase the sound volume from the device that you are running a music file 3-You can increase sound volume from your JBL device. 4-Try to hard reset your JBL 5-If you still have low voice, talk to the JBL Customer service (if it is still under warranty). Otherwise take it to the mechanic.

ok...I have a JBL Xtreme 2 with 1 white light blinking and not charging. So I changed battery...now 3 solid white lights. Tested and used for a couple hours then plugged it up to charge. ...and now there is 1 solid white light and 1 white light blinking and still not charging (...had it plugged overnight and nothing). Bunu alırken diğer markalarla ve JBL'in diğer hoparlörleriyle ilgili epey karşılaştırma videosu izledim, teknik özellikleri kıyasladım bunda karar kıldım. Ama aklım Bose Revolve Plus'da kalmadı değil (360 derece ses dağıtıyor ve Bose kalitesi). Aksan konusuna gelince bence 10 yaşından sonra öğrenirsen ingilizceyi çok zor düzeliyor. Yaklaşık 7 sene yurtdışında kaldım, ancak bu kadar oldu :(
