I've owned massive audio gordo pioneer kicker deaf bonce sundown and ct sounds. I purchased a orion hcca 15 for almost 700 bucks 2ohms it's dead fucking weight but I must say I love it over all my other subs and they like more then rated power period exampl 2500 watts give it between 3k to 4k it handles it. You want regret buying one.

I was in a mid 2000’s mustang drop top and my man had one 15 in a PREFAB box not a custom box and it had me tapping out quick in that phone booth sized car! It would shake the building I worked at. Now granted it was an aluminum sided warehouse detail shop that had 7 bays that can fit Case quad trac farm vehicles inside of it. About 3/4 bays would vibrate. The 15 I believe runs at 5000 watts RMS!

Low tuning and optimal port size vs. cone area. Usually bigger box and long big port seems to do the trick or of course bandpass.

@@JesusLopez-wn1fy I could show you mine but you won't see wires dangling here and there. In fact my amps are under the seats and the sub is in the rear. Not that it matters but it doesn't take ages to run wires properly and that isn't something to get upset about. So instead of trying to get bent out of shape over it. It is what it is. Cheap look is cheap period. If you can't take pride in what you do don't expect others to do it for you.

I would go with the slightly higher motor force sub, X ; but you can’t compare subs as the box is a more important factor here.
