Yes you can. I work night shifts and use it while charging and playing video games on it for hours. I use the power bank about four days per week

So I have the 15,000 mAh one and I have the USB C to lighting iPhone cable and it doesn’t charge my phone is the usb only to charge the charger ?

Correct those two inputs are for charging powerbank and in fact will take charge from your phone if left plugged in to usbc and microusb

USB-C and Micro USB plug in and can charge on anything from wall outlet to pc usb input (slower though)

Use the USB then push button if not then might be something wrong with powebank and I would return.
