Block ALL means to it. Switch from a smartphone to a brick phone. NEVER allow yourself to be alone with a device whether that means locking your laptop in a safe and giving someone else the key or whatever. If you can't access it then you can't watch it. Remember that as with other addictions, once you get past the 'withdrawal phase' then it will be much easier, in sha Allaah.

that is not the solution. You have your free will and you do it because you want to do it deep down, even if you tell yourself otherwise. You will have to work on the decision making and change your internal processes for your outer world and behaviors to change

"Find the right one the right way" is better because it speaks in positive terms, whereas if you use words like 'without' and 'guilt' you might not realise but you're reminding people of negative things which often pushes people away cus they subconciously don't want to be reminded of those things

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله I found the last part of the podcast very beneficial, may Allah bless you and reward you. I think it's refreshing for sisters to understand the man's perspective as we have to come to a day an age where both genders are finding it difficult to understand each other and tolerate each other, may Allah guide us. Especially the part about movies and books, I believe anime and mangas would possibly go under the same category as they have become a very trending fitnah in the youth, especially because people seem to be justifying it as they think that it's not real life, rather it's drawn images. May Allah aid our ummah and keep us firm upon the haqq.

I knew a couple who just got divorced because the husband cheated on his wife. And as far as I know the couple had regular physical intimacy..... When we asked that husband why did you cheat or does he fell in with love the woman with whom he was cheating, he said he doesn't love her at all... And there is no reason for him to cheat, its just that he fell into temptation while his wife was more beautiful, wise and playful (according to him).... So My question is why they had divorce then if there was intimacy between husband and wife? Why did the husband fell into the temptation? Oh and there was no porn between them, I can assure you that...

I honestly think we can live really beautiful lives both working ful time jobs at minimum wage but my parents want me to get a degree make some serious money to live lavish
@zaink70373 жыл бұрын
Think it depends really. Most good careers they want a degree or specific qualification. You also want to make sure if say you and your partner were earning minimum wage would you be able to afford rent or a house in your area and have disposable income to enjoy things in this dunya. Several Muslim girls I knew from school got married around 20 and either left uni or didn't go uni and are now stay at home mums married to their cousins who lived in their country and now migrated to the UK. Not saying that's bad or anything but in places like London for example it might be difficult to afford rent if only one person is working. Be careful too with that cultural stigma parents follow as I mentioned about friends I knew from school. Personally better to qualify yourself and insha'Allah get into your career which has a good career ladder where you can start to be earning a decent wage then settle down and get married 👍. At least then you and even your partner hopefully have a good job and wage to financially support each other
